Form a data storage framework by starting with a description of an abstracted laboratory where the gain-of-function experiments for viruses have taken place. Using the noun phrases which arise from that description to form a series of questions about each of these phrases, such that we collect a secondary layer of noun phrases which derive from the answers to each series of questions. Consider each noun phrase to represent a node in a directed graph that radiates as branches from the central node. Do a similar process for the noun phrases which come from a viral epidemic. Divide the total set of noun phrases into three groups: Those which only occur in the laboratory set; those which only occur in the viral epidemic set; and those which occur in both.
